Stop Looking For Your Life’s Purpose. Here It Is!
Health, Wealth, Love and Happiness
If you’re searching for your life’s purpose and aren’t sure what you want to do, ask yourself: Does it make you happy? Is it fun? Is it fulfilling?
There is no one life purpose. Doing any one thing right now is better than wishing you could do a million things. Committing to one goal no matter how big or small will lead to other goals, accomplishments, aspirations, and more personal growth.
If you achieve your life’s purpose then what? Your life’s purpose is you. To live your best life possible according to the things that light up your heart and soul. After your dead life will go on.
Choose to do something that empowers you, and makes you feel fulfilled and happy even if the work will be difficult. It has to genuinely feed your soul of love and passion because that’s what will give your life meaning and purpose.
How to choose and actually get started.
Choose one genuine goal for each of the four pillars of a good life. It could benefit you or someone else, big or small but it has to be for you and no one else. You have to choose it because it’s what you know will bring the best out of you and only you. Be selfish. After all, we will benefit from it. Your new energy, drive, will, and commitment will empower everything around you.
Do some research, look it up, and see if what you want can be done in a fun way, and that brings your life new experiences, relationships, and fulfillment. Make it fun so it’s easier to do when life gets difficult.
The best version of these pillars means different things for everyone. Be genuine and start with something. Possible examples can be…
Health: What is one thing in your life you want to achieve regarding health?
To lose 20lb: Hike 52 trails, one per week. Take your friends, kids, or wife. Join a hiking group and make new friends. Along each week make small adjustments to your diet. Take fruit and healthy food to each hike, sit, and enjoy the view by yourself or with someone. Be present to your purpose.
Wealth: What is one thing in your life you want to achieve regarding wealth?
To be able to afford Christmas gifts for all your loved ones and yourself: Maybe you will do side gigs in your free time, record the process, and start a YouTube channel.
Love: What is one thing in your life you want to achieve regarding love?
To repair your relationship with your parents, to forgive someone for your own good, to finally ask that one person out, to make a difficult decision about someone, to finally take the big step and ask the big question, to learn to set boundaries, to learn to be alone, to truly be happy with yourself:
This one is often one of the most difficult ones because it has to do with you personally even if it includes someone else. You have to confront you.
Yet, it is often the most rewarding one because it pushes you to learn and grow regardless of the outcome. Working on this one usually unlocks your potential to achieve more in your other areas of life. It removes heavy burdens of your heart and soul, giving you freedom, strength, and clarity to move more swiftly through life.
Happiness: What is one thing in your life you want to achieve regarding happiness?
To finally start your coaching business: Join Fiverr or a freelance website and charge as little as possible to just listen. Read all books on life coaching and join programs. As you get better at helping others and yourself, you can start charging more for your services.
Write your one goal down for each pillar on a piece of paper. Folded and put it in your wallet. Read your goals every time you get a chance. Once you’re satisfied with the outcome (even if you don’t achieve the goal) move on and write new ones.
Even if you don’t achieve your goals you’ll do more for your health, wealth, love, happiness, and overall well-being than just wishing for it.
