Focus on Your Strenghts NOT Your Weaknesses

I didn’t understand this before. I just knew that I wanted to be normal. I tried to function, get things done, have fun life experiences and a more balanced life. I was always fighting and struggling with myself.

We all have our own normal. What I didn’t know is that I wasn’t supposed to try and be normal according to what I thought and what was passed down to be as normal.

The word that changed everything for me was said to me by a life coach. NATURAL.

Yes, I’m supposed to do and be what feels natural to me to function in life. To function more efficiently I’m supposed to make my strengths work for me.

What are your strengths that you’re hiding and holding back?

The one skill that comes naturally to you, that if you were to focus on it every day for one hour you could develop it more and make a living out of it.

The more I have consistently worked on my strengths the easier life has been. Things seem to flow, motivation comes easier because I don’t have to force myself to do it. I know I can do what I’m already good at.

If you were to read and learn everything about your one singular strength and start a blog, post on social media about it, or start a YouTube channel based on what you learn and know for just one hour a day for a whole year, where could that lead to?
